Todd,
Even better than the Wiki: could you formulate this as a patch to the
current CVS VTK source tree whereby your code gets executed as tests when
VTK_WRAP_JAVA and BUILD_TESTING are on?
If so, I'd be happy to apply such a patch if you're willing to help resolve
any dashboard issues that crop up afterward.
Send me a patch if you can, or contact me directly if you need some help
getting traction in that direction.
