[vtkusers] vtkSplineWidget point manipulation

i just started vtk and am trying to make an open interactive spline. i have
created one with four inital points using vtkSplineWidget. however, i want to be
able to constrain the first point and the last point to movement only along the
Y-axis. i also want to prevent these two points from being outright deleted from
the spline while maintaining the ability to insert/remove points between, but i
haven't been able to find any comparable documentation for either issue. any
help is appreciated.
