[vtkusers] Creating a 3D cloud of points out of an Image

I searched and they suggest the use of vtkDelaunay3D, it doesn't work
for me as my images are too big for this class to create surfaces in
reasonable time.
For now it is Ok if I can paint coloured 3D points in positions fixed
in a array
