[vtkusers] vtkpolydatareader could not read vtk file write by vtkpolydatawriter

I used vtkpolydatawriter to write a .vtk file, but was failed to use vtkpolydatareader to read it. 
 
I thought the correspondence should be very intuitive. Shouldn't vtk make these two compatible?
