[vtkusers] SetSource, SetInput

Hi, 
 
I wanna build a file similar to vtkGlyph2D in vtk 5.0 with vtkGlyphSource2D as source and vtkPolyData as input. 
 
To connect source and input, do I have to connect them on the same port # 0, or do I have to connect the input on port # 0 with SetInputConnection() and the source on a different port #1 with AddInputConnection(1, ..)
 
I am a bit lost with all of these notions, so please help me.
