[vtkusers] Problem with VTK 4.5 in Linux glibc error

Hi,

	I am running VTK on a linux 2.6.11 (AMD64 gentoo), using glibc 2.3.5 
without any problem.

	Please write a small c++ demo code that would read in a DICOM file. 
Then run valgrind on it. If you find a DICOM file that would demonstrate 
the problem, please send it to us.
