[vtkusers] building vtk under windows

I recently tried to build vtk-4.2-latest-release under windows2000 with 
cmake-2.0.6 and (i tried both) cmake-2.2.0. However, when trying to 
configure the project using cmake, i got a lot of error messages like:

Error in cmake code at
..... vtkLoadCMakeExtensions.cmake:7:
LOAD_COMMAND Attemt to load command failed from file : cmVTK_WRAP_TCL2.dll

Error in cmake code at
.... CMakeLists.txt:102:
A command failed during the invocation of macro 
"VTK_LOAD_SINGLE_CMAKE_EXTENSION".

Error in cmake code at:
..... vtkLoadCMakeExtensions.cmake:17:
VTK_LOAD_SINGLE_CMAKE_EXTENSION unknown error

Maybe anyone can give me a hint what might be wrong with my setup (it 
works fine under linux) ....
