[vtkusers] QVTKWidget causing choppy resize

I have totally rebuilt qt and vtk making sure I was
using the optimized msvc++ compiler. Did it all in
release mode and I am still having this problem. Does
anyone have any other suggestions as to what I can do
to fix this?
