[vtkusers] How create an offscreen render window in VTK ?? Please Help

I feel silly for disagreeing with someone who from kitware, but I'm
developing on Linux and OffScreenRendering works fine.  One just has
to make sure to compile vtk with the Mesa libraries and then
everything goes swimmingly.
