[vtkusers] New pipeline methods.

Hello,

I have written vtk filters in the past but it has been a while. It looks 
like the old pipeline
mechanisms have changed. I was wondering if there is a reference on how to 
write
new filters with the new environment. In particular how does one use the new
executive/process classes and methods? Are ExecuteInformation and Execute
relevant any more?

I am working from an old vtk user's guide that does not include the new 
information.
Do the newer guides include this sort of info?
