[vtkusers] configuring error with visual studio.net

hi all
i am configuring vtk with visual studio .net but i am allways getting an
error message from cmake like

The C compiler is not able to compile a simple test program.....

i have looked at the mailing list archieves but i could findany solution for
this

please help
