[vtkusers] bindings to languages

There is a COM binding, called Activiz/COM, sold by Kitware. The
bindings are generated by parsers which read the C++ headers. A lot of
the restrictions on how to write new classes and exhortations to
developers to use VTK macros in their headers facilitate creating
bindings with parsers. There isn't much documentation on them, but you
can figure them out. - Drew
