Hello,

When rotating a volume with the RotateWXYZ() function, I want to write
back out the new Image Position (Patient) and Image Orientation
(Patient) DICOM tags...  Do you have any ideas for how to calculate
these new values?  I'm just doing a world rotation around the Y-axis.
