[vtkusers] Is there any function like SetXSlice or SetYSlice

If you had 3 vtkImageActors (so that you could get 3 different views by
SetDisplayExtent) and for each of them set the input to the same dataset
wouldn't this create 3 different copies of the input dataset in memory?
