[vtkusers] Recurring crash using vtk dlls

I have a recurring crash in VTK and was wondering if anyone else has
experienced something similar. I am running Win32. The precompiled DLLs, my
own compiled 4.2 dlls, and my own compiled 4.4 dlls crash whenever a program
that has been using VTK exits. A debugger analysis shows that the failure
occurs in vtkWin32OpenGLRenderWindow::Clean(). This happens on two of our
computers in the lab, but not a third.

We are clueless as to how to proceed. Any suggestions?
