[vtkusers] VTK 4.4 and VTK 4.2

Hi Tom and all,

I figured out the reason. I am using VTK 4.4, which seems not to work very
well.  If I use VTK 4.2. Everything is OK.

Large data file such as Honolulu.vtk can be rendered properly on Windows OS.
