[vtkusers] Marching Cubes has moved

Folks,

Some of you may have noticed that vtkMarchingCubes and its relatives have moved from the Patented directory into Graphics. Along wih the move, the licensing info has been removed from the comments.

Reason: The patent on Marching Cubes expired last Sunday, June 5, 2005.

It's hard to believe that it is almost 21 years (7/11/84) since Harvey Cline and I came up with the algorithm. Except for an adjustment to the case table, the algorithm is virtually unchanged.
