[vtkusers] Can't find package vtk !! please help me out

Hi Guys!

I am trying to use Tcl with VTK.  Having installed VTK and Tcl according to
User's guide, I run a Tcl example of Cone5.tcl in the file folder of VTKTCL
4.4 where vtk package for Tcl is located at.  But I keep getting following
message,

Can't find package vtk

Even if I have set environment varible TCLLIBPATH=C:\VTKTCL 4.4\lib\vtk, it
doesn't work!!!!
My system is Window XP

Can anybody can help me out?
