[vtkusers] controlling size of glyphs

hi all,
 
i am using cone glyphs in order to display some vector data in an unstructured grid.
i am wondering if there is any method to control the size of the glyph, so that when zooming in windowinteractor the glyphs do not zoom. moreover, how to set that fixed size of the glyps.
this whole idea is confusing me a lot, since sometimes i get large or small glyphs (depending on the vector data) which are inconvenient for viewing. in a word i need a method to make glyphs viewing convenient and standard.
