[vtkusers] VTK 4.2 binary release on windows with Tcl/Tk 8.4 problems

Is it possible to use vtk 4.2 binary release on Windows XP with ActiveTcl 8.4 installed?
vtk.exe is looking for tcl83.dll. Can this be overrridden?
Where do I have to change configurations manually?
Or do I have to build a vtk from the sources?
