[vtkusers] Cannot build on Mac OS X

Actually, it is possible.  First click "Query 
Bugs" on the menu bar at the top of the bug 
tracker web page.  At the bottom of the "Query 
Bugs" page, it says "Go to the advanced query 
page".  If you click "advanced query page" it 
will take you to a search page with more options.
