[vtkusers] Mean Curvature

But I am a bit surprised that it would explain that the mean curvatures
are zero in the current vtkCurvatures? I dont know that it is calling
vtkExtractTensorComponents.cxx at all?! The original mean curvature
computation wouldnt require it.
