Hi Mattieu,

OK,
I will attach the c++ and h files and also Heikki's lsmreader.py 
testing script to the bug report.

Kalle, have you got a latest and greatest version of the 
vtkLSMReader.c++ and .h files I can have for this?
Or shall I use the old ones on the modeling machine?
