[vtkusers] MFC app in VS .NET 2003

I'm talking about service pack for VisualStudio.  While VC++7 was quite 
stable, we don't know if VC++8 will be as stable.  For example, VC++6.0 has 
6 service packs and what it make things worse is that one can't tell easily 
what service pack is stalled.
