It may not always compatible among different service packs, if Microsoft
ever release one for Visual Studio.

To Kent, There should be a "INSTALL" project in the workspace. After
building "BUILD_ALL", build "INSTALL", that will copy all the header files,
library files and dll files in a directory tree specified in CMake
configuration.
