[vtkusers] Static Libraries in VS C++ 2005 Express

1. Which version VTK are you building? I didn't try anything higher than
4.2
2. Do you see at the end of building "INSTALL", something like:
CMake Error: Error in cmake code at
c:/vtkbin/cmake_install.cmake:60:
FILE cannot find file: C:/vtkbin/CMake/cmVTK_WRAP_TCL2.dll to install.
My solution was to manual comment out the offending lines in
"cmake_install.cmake", providing that you don't care about TCL, Java
wrapping.
