[vtkusers] Transform vtkPolyLine data into 3D image (ANALYZE)

Dear vtkusers,
 
I am completeIy new to VTK. I would like to transform fibertracking data
(human brain white matter fibers) stored in the vtkPolyLine format into
an 3D image format, let's say ANALYZE or NIFTI. Is there any procedure
that implements this functionality? How is this transformation best
achieved ?
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
