[vtkusers] Why I cannot use the vtkVectorText??

Hello everyone,
     Now I need to use the vtkVectorText class in tcl, and I download a example from the following URL:
     http://public.kitware.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/VTK/Hybrid/Testing/Tcl/financialField3.tcl
     But when I run this program, the system said error that vtkVectorText is an invalid command name. Thus , I just want to know what problem in my vtk, and how could I use this fuction.
