[vtkusers] wxVTKRenderWindowInteractor and wxPython 2.5.2.8

I would love to help out with this fix, but my experience with the 
inner workings of wxWidgets/GTK/VTK/OpenGL are minimal at best. Looking 
at the wxVTKRenderWindowInteractor.py source I also can't find anything 
obviously wrong that requires fixing. I wouldn't know where to start 
looking.
So if you have any idea where I can find the core of the problem then 
please let me know and I might be able to devote some effort into 
fixing it.
