[vtkusers] java pipeline browser

Howdy,

I've used and really liked the VTK pipeline browser that comes with
MayaVi, which is written in Python.  I know that a similar browser
exists in Tcl.

I imagine that a similar beast could be done in Java, with its
reflection capability.  Does such a beast exist?
