[vtkusers] GhostLevel

Hello,

I'm writing currently a data export into vtk format. It is working so far. Now 
I want to add parallel file support. I found no documentation for the 
vtkGhostLevels DataArray.
Is it a Array including a number for each cell/point? The class doc say this 
number is 0 for the piece owning the cell/point. Is just non-zero for others, 
or is this number telling anything?
