[vtkusers] assigning pixel color to segmented data?

So, I basically have some segmented data from a bunch of images, and I can 
visualize each segmented region in 3d. Now I need to assign corresponding 
pixel colors from the images onto the visualization of that particular 
segmented region. Are there any examples to show me how to do this?
