Hello All,

I have designed and implemented a VTK Pipeline Editor called VTK
Designer in Qt. It is pretty interesting; I have also written a code
generator that generates C++ code from designed pipelines. You can
also save/open pipelines.

It is OpenSource so you can download and use it. I have written a
fairly comprehensive User and Developer Manual for VTK Designer.
