The image files are a special format of DICOM (16-Bit greyscale images).
The file prefix is the folder of the data plus the filename without the
suffix. For example: c:\medical\quarter\quarter
Keep the folder structure simple, spaces could cause problems.
Timo.

Subject: How to set SetFilePrefix?
Hi Amy
I tried to run the medical1.cxx file but i guess it doesnot get the input
images correctly. After compiling i get only a bounding box with out any
volume. How do we set the SetFilePrefix option correctly and also what
should be the path to place the "quarter" folder.
Kindly help
Venu
