[vtkusers] Plot a list of points

Hi everybody.

 

I have to plot a list of point (of the form x,y,z) that are suppose to
form a cylinder-like shape.

 

What is the easiest way to achieve this? For now I have a working
product but it's horribly slow and uses around 2000 lines of code (c++).

 

Things you might want to know:

- Points are in clockwise order

- Points are in sublist fort each z (z(0) . z(n))
