[vtkusers] Compiling vtkQt binaries under Windows

Hi,

I'm a newbie (started coding with vtk last week), I downloaded vtkQt and I 
want to compile the binaries under Windows, but the Makefile and all the 
settings are for Linux os.
Can someone give me an advice about this ?
I'm using vtk 4.2 and Qt 3.1.1
