[vtkusers] Missing file

On page 181 in the book "The Visualization Toolkit...", there is an image
with a reference to a tcl file (cutModel.tcl). This file does not exist on
the vtk 4.2 distribution CD. Is the file available in the Internet or 
anywhere?

Some messages in the archives of vtkusers have references to the folder
contrib, which supposedly should contain tons of examples coming from
users. Where is this folder anyway?
