[vtkusers] error when using RemoveActor()

That is what I wrote in bug #602. They have to change CMAKE

It is not in the current release. It is still in the CVS.

With the changes I did in #602, it is possible to compile VTK in UNICODE.
For the project... you have to copy the project settings from the the normal
Release (Configuration Manager) und need to set the new project to UNICODE
(Project Settings)... You can also apply the suggested changes to the
4.4 released code...
