[vtkusers] Can vtkRenderWindowInteractor perform the aame on Mac OSX and XP

I thought this was again the problem of bundling properly, meaning 
creating the ressource + subdir.

Hopefully this will be fixed in the next cmake version which will add a 
MACBUNDLE option for creating exe
