[vtkusers] vtkRectilinearGridGeometryFilter

Can anyone point me in the direction of an example that demonstrates how to
extract a "volume" from a rectilinear grid using
vtkRectilinearGridGeometryFilter?

I have viewed and I am able to run the RGrid.cxx example which shows how to
extract a plane.

The vtkRectilinearGridGeometryFilter Class reference states by specifying
appropriate i-j-k indices, it is possible to extract a volume.

And example would be helpful.
