[vtkusers] Re: starting vtk

hi i got this part
now when i run vc++.6
i get error:
c:\vtk\include\vtkwin32header.h(30) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'vtkConfigure.h': No such file or directory
i run search for the file and it doesn't exist
file that was found was 'vtkConfigure.h.in' i don't thik is the same is it?
the file contains (
/* 
 * here is where system comupted values get stored these values should only
 * change when the target compile platform changes 
 */
)

  hi
  I am new to VTK
  I am having little trouble to getting started.
  I downloaded the VTK package and extracted it to folder VTK that sits on my desktop
  I also downloaded the CMake as was said in the readme file in VTK
  I created workspace and new project and put there files from the Examples\Tutorial\Step1
  what should i do next?
  I am assuming that the folder vtk should be in someother place than the desktop
  Any help highly appreciated.
