[vtkusers] vtk render window embed in fltk window

Hi all,
 
how can i fix a vtk render window onto a FL_Double_Window. What are the classes i should use, and are there any examples that show this?
i saw a vtkFlrenderwindow class on the web (but i couldn't find this class in VTK 42 which is the version i'm using now), will this vtkFlrenderwindow be of good use to me, if so where can i download it (without using cvs), and how do i use it, thank you
