Hi:
  I want to compile the parallel directory in VTK, but I always get wrong. When I compile VTK40/parallel , it tells me the CmaleLists.txt is wrong.  When I compile vtk42/parallel, it gives me the"Unkown Cmake command "VTK_MAKE_INSTANTIATOR2"" . I do not know how to do. Can you help me? 
 Also, I want to use vtkMPIController in my program. but when I install VTK and build the exaple, it tells me the wrong dllimport of vtkMPIController. How to do?
