[vtkusers] VTK installation

Hi,
vtk420.exe is a precompiled vtk distribution : no need to compile, so forget CMake : vtk is ready !
Just configure VC++ in order to find vtk includes + libs.
Go in the include & lib tab of VC++ Directories Configuration settings and add C:\vtk42\include\vtk and C:\vtk42\lib\vtk
