[vtkusers] CMake .Net Error

Hi Istvan,

What version of CMake do you have? Make sure you have the latest
version, I believe it is something like v2.0.2. I had problems
generating the solution for VS .Net 2003 using CMake 1.6 (even though
people told me it "should" have worked), but everything went fine when
using v2.0.2. 

I went through the CMake process and it created the solution that I
then loaded in VS.NET 2003 and it compiled without a hitch.
