[vtkusers] Installing VTK 4.2 from source code

Hi,

When I was using the precompiled binary installation of VTK 4.2 on Windows, 
I got a 'missing Marching Cube package' error while running some Tcl script.

So, I downloaded the source code, ran CMake, then opend vtk.dsw in MSDev and 
built ALL_BUILD without any errors. Now, how do I actually *install* VTK? It 
does not show under "Programs installed" in the control panel.
