   Hi,
    I have to deform a mesh using a linear transformation. The problem is,
if
  my source and target images have different orientations then I do not see
  any change in the input and output meshes. I think it works only if both
the
  images have the same orientation ? What more do I need to do if the
  orientations are different ? How to work with different orientations ?
