[vtkusers] filter for shifting dataset?

Hi Louis,

Your data set will be set as the input to the vtkTransformFilter (assuming 
that your data set is a subclass of vtkPointSet).  For example:

vtkTransformFilter *tFilter = vtkTransformFilter::New();
tFilter->SetInput(dataset);
tFilter->SetTransform(matrix);
