Hi Melanie,
If you want to run vtk tcl scripts from wish83 then you need the environment
variable TCLLIBPATH = vtk/wrapping/tcl or wherever pkgIndex.tcl is for the
vtk binaries. Or else just use vtk.exe. You shouldn't need to set
TCL_LIBRARY.
