[vtkusers] Dual Monitor Display

Has anyone got any suggestions why VTK (4.2 release) applications (e.g. the 
example cone application) do not work on the secondary display using a Matrox 
Parhelia 650 graphics card (latest drivers) on Windows 2000 (SP4). Its fine on 
the primary display.
